I am first and foremost a parent.

 

I believe parenting support should be easily accessible for every parent without stigma or judgement.

I am passionate about the importance of trying to parent with a positive and sensitive approach. I am continually learning new and more effective strategies to help me as a parent. 

​

I understand that there are times when parents need support. Sometimes a listening ear, a fresh perspective or a new strategy can make all the difference when doing the important job of raising confident and resilient children.

 

For more than ten years I have worked with families in a variety of settings from a range of cultural backgrounds with varied needs.  I consider myself to be an experienced practitioner, trained in a range of parenting programmes and have delivered many courses for parents of children between 2 - 16yrs.

 

I can deliver support online or face to face and always try to meet the needs of the parents I work with by offering a sensitive, tailored and flexible approach.

I also work for Triple P International as a practitioner trainer and work with professionals and practitioners in an advisory capacity.
